Hellfire Chicken Wings


These Hellfire chicken wings are a great challenge for you and your friends to try! packed full of heat and flavour they are sure to make any one sweat! See how many you can handle! Serves 3-4






First, you need to take the chicken wings, and cut them into three pieces (see pics) You get two pieces from one wing. Discard the wing tip.


There are two methods for cooking, the healthy way in the oven, or the tastier way is to deep fry!




Pour the hellfire sauce into a large bowl, add the sugar and oil and mix. Add the wings and stir around so they are well coated. Leave in the fridge to marinate for up to an hour. Place the wing on a baking try and cook in a pre-heated oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes. Turning over halfway through.

Deep Fried


Deep fry the wings first in a pre heated fryer for around 8-12 minutes, depending on how crispy you like them! Drain off the wings, and use kitchen roll to soak up the rest of the oil. Mix the sauce oil and sugar in a bowl, then coat the wings in the sauce before serving with blue cheese dip!
